For either an Advisory or Coaching engagement, a free 30min discovery call is important in terms of getting to know each other and checking for fit.

For Advisory/Fractional engagements, I work on a day rate or project basis. For Coaching, I typically charge an hourly rate as part of a package of at least seven sessions.
